Billing & Subscription Policy

1. Overview

LovablePinay.com ("Platform") operates on a credit-based system. Users purchase credits to access premium features including messaging, Super Likes, virtual gifts, profile boosts, and other paid interactions. Additionally, we offer a VIP subscription for enhanced benefits. All billing is processed through PayPal. By making any purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Credit Packages

Credits are available for purchase in the following packages (prices in USD):

Package names, credit amounts, bonus credits, and prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Changes apply to future purchases only. We may offer limited-time promotions with different pricing or bonus credits at our sole discretion.

3. Credit Usage & Costs

Credits are consumed when you perform certain actions on the Platform:

Credit costs for actions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to introduce new paid features, modify existing credit costs, or remove features entirely. Credits spent on actions are consumed immediately and cannot be reversed, refunded, or restored — even if the recipient blocks you, deletes their account, or is banned.

4. Free & Bonus Credits

• Daily login credits: Users may receive free credits for logging in daily. The amount and streak bonuses are determined at our sole discretion and may change without notice
• Promotional credits: We may offer bonus credits through promotions, campaigns, or referral programs. These have no cash value and may be revoked if obtained through abuse
• VIP bonus credits: VIP subscribers receive monthly bonus credits as part of their subscription. These are forfeited upon cancellation and cannot be carried over
• Free and bonus credits are always consumed first before purchased credits
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or eliminate any free credit program at any time

5. VIP Subscription

5.1 VIP Benefits

The VIP subscription ($19.99/month) includes:

• 200 monthly bonus credits (non-cumulative, reset each billing cycle)
• Weekly priority boosts
• "See Who Liked You" feature access
• VIP badge on profile
• Additional perks as determined by us

Important: VIP membership does not provide unlimited messaging. All messages still consume credits. VIP benefits may be modified at any time.

5.2 Subscription Billing

• VIP subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through PayPal
• Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled before the renewal date
• The subscription price may change; we will notify you of price changes before your next billing cycle
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds

5.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time through your account settings or PayPal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial, prorated, or retroactive refunds will be issued for any reason
• Upon cancellation, all VIP benefits (including unused monthly bonus credits) are immediately forfeited at the end of the billing period
• Resubscribing does not restore previously forfeited bonus credits

6. Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store your full credit card or payment details
• By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are your responsibility
• You are responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction on digital purchases
• We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, credit card company, or PayPal

7. Failed Payments

• If a recurring VIP subscription payment fails, we may retry the charge for up to 7 days
• If payment continues to fail, your VIP subscription will be cancelled and all VIP benefits revoked immediately
• We are not responsible for any loss of service, credits, or benefits due to failed payments
• It is your sole responsibility to maintain a valid payment method

8. Account Termination & Credits

• If your account is terminated for any violation, all credits (purchased and free) are permanently forfeited
• If you voluntarily delete your account, all remaining credits are permanently forfeited with no refund
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts under any circumstances
• We are not liable for any credits lost due to account termination, whether voluntary or involuntary

9. Gender-Based Access

Certain users may be granted complimentary access to features that normally require credits, based on verification status and gender. This is offered at our sole discretion and may be modified, limited, or revoked at any time without notice or compensation. Complimentary access does not constitute an entitlement or create any obligation on our part.

10. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change credit package prices, credit costs for actions, VIP subscription pricing, and any other fees at any time. Price changes:

• Apply to all future purchases immediately
• Do not entitle you to a refund of prior purchases at different prices
• May be implemented without advance notice for credit packages
• For active VIP subscriptions, price changes will take effect at the next renewal cycle

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchases or use of credits
• Our total liability for any claim related to billing shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim
• We make no guarantees regarding match outcomes, responses from other users, or the quality of interactions facilitated by credit-based features
• Purchasing credits or a VIP subscription does not guarantee any specific result, match, or communication outcome

12. Dispute Resolution

Any billing dispute must be raised by emailing billing@lovablepinay.com within 7 calendar days of the charge. Disputes not raised within this period are deemed accepted. We reserve the right to resolve disputes at our sole discretion. Filing a PayPal dispute or chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account termination (see our Refund Policy).
