Refund Policy

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately upon payment, and you expressly waive any right to a "cooling-off" period or right of withdrawal to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We will investigate at our sole discretion and, if we determine the charge was genuinely erroneous, issue a refund for the duplicate amount only. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of purchased credits to your account (i.e., payment was processed but credits were not added), contact us within 48 hours at billing@lovablepinay.com. Upon verification, we will add the missing credits to your account. No cash refunds will be issued for technical delivery issues — the sole remedy is credit delivery.

In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within the legally required timeframe, and we will comply with the minimum requirements of applicable law — but no more.
