Refund Policy

1. General Policy — All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on LovablePinay.com ("Platform"), including but not limited to credit packages, VIP subscriptions, virtual gifts, and any other digital goods or services, are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately upon payment, and you expressly waive any right to a "cooling-off" period or right of withdrawal to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Credits Are Non-Refundable
Credits purchased on the Platform are a digital currency with no cash value outside the Platform. Once credits are added to your account:
- They cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred, or converted to cash under any circumstances
- They cannot be transferred to another user or account
- Unused credits have no expiration date while your account remains in good standing
- Credits obtained through promotional offers, bonuses, daily rewards, or any non-purchase method are never eligible for refund
3. VIP Subscriptions
VIP subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing:
- You authorize recurring charges at the subscription price until you cancel
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of any billing cycle
- Monthly bonus credits included with VIP are forfeited upon cancellation or expiration
- Downgrading or cancelling your VIP subscription does not entitle you to any refund of prior payments
- It is your sole responsibility to cancel before the next billing date if you no longer wish to be charged
4. Account Suspension or Termination
If your account is suspended, banned, or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines:
- All remaining credits are permanently forfeited with no refund or compensation
- Any active VIP subscription is terminated immediately with no prorated refund
- You waive all claims to any purchased or earned credits, bonuses, or subscription benefits
- This applies regardless of whether the violation was intentional or unintentional
5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., a duplicate transaction or unauthorized charge), you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the charge at billing@lovablepinay.com with proof of the duplicate or unauthorized transaction. We will investigate at our sole discretion and, if we determine the charge was genuinely erroneous, issue a refund for the duplicate amount only. Failure to report within 7 days constitutes acceptance of the charge.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of purchased credits to your account (i.e., payment was processed but credits were not added), contact us within 48 hours at billing@lovablepinay.com. Upon verification, we will add the missing credits to your account. No cash refunds will be issued for technical delivery issues — the sole remedy is credit delivery.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider (including PayPal) without first contacting us constitutes a violation of these terms. If you initiate a chargeback:
- Your account will be immediately and permanently suspended
- All credits, matches, messages, and data associated with your account will be permanently deleted
- We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any administrative fees and chargeback penalties incurred
- We may report the incident to fraud prevention databases and law enforcement where appropriate
- You will be permanently banned from creating new accounts on the Platform
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, credit cost, or pricing at any time without prior notice. Changes to pricing or credit costs apply to future purchases only and do not entitle you to a refund of prior purchases. If we permanently discontinue the Platform entirely, we may, at our sole discretion, offer partial credit refunds — however, we are under no obligation to do so.
9. Consumer Protection Laws
To the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide rights that cannot be waived by contract (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive for EU/EEA residents), those rights shall apply. In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within the legally required timeframe, and we will comply with the minimum requirements of applicable law — but no more. All other provisions of this policy remain in full force.
10. Free Credits and Promotions
Credits received through daily login bonuses, promotional campaigns, referral programs, welcome bonuses, or any other non-purchase method:
- Have no monetary value and are never refundable
- May be revoked at any time if obtained through abuse, manipulation, or multi-accounting
- Are subject to terms and conditions specific to each promotion, which we may modify or terminate at any time

You confirm that you understand all purchases of digital goods and services are final and non-refundable except as explicitly stated herein. If you do not agree with this policy, do not make any purchases.
