Community Guidelines

LovablePinay is built on trust, respect, and safety. These guidelines exist to protect every member of our community. All users must follow these rules. Violations will result in enforcement action, up to and including permanent ban and reporting to law enforcement.

1. Be Respectful & Kind

Treat every member with dignity and respect, regardless of their background, nationality, appearance, or beliefs. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threatening behavior
• Hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, or discrimination of any kind
• Derogatory comments about someone's nationality, ethnicity, religion, or appearance
• Persistent unwanted contact after being asked to stop or being blocked
• Public shaming or humiliation of other users

2. Be Authentic & Honest

Honesty is the foundation of genuine connections. You must:

• Use your real name and accurate personal information
• Upload only your own recent photos — no stock photos, celebrity images, or AI-generated faces
• Accurately represent your age, location, and relationship status
• Not create multiple accounts (one account per person)
• Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Complete our optional photo verification to earn a Verified badge and build trust

3. Appropriate Photos Only

All photos are reviewed by our moderation team. The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Nudity, sexually explicit, or suggestive content
• Photos containing minors (children)
• Violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery
• Photos with guns, weapons, or illegal substances
• Group photos where you cannot be clearly identified
• Heavily filtered or misleading photos that do not represent your current appearance
• Photos with contact information (phone numbers, social media handles, email addresses)
• Copyrighted images you do not own

4. Respectful Communication

Keep all conversations respectful and appropriate:

• No unsolicited explicit, sexual, or inappropriate messages
• No spam, chain messages, or repetitive messaging
• No commercial solicitation, advertising, or promotion of goods/services
• No sharing of other users' private messages or photos outside the Platform
• Respect when someone declines your interest — do not pressure or guilt-trip
• No asking for off-platform contact information immediately or aggressively

5. Zero Tolerance for Scams & Fraud

LovablePinay has a strict zero-tolerance policy against scams and fraud:

• Never ask other users for money, financial assistance, loans, gifts, or gift cards
• Never share your financial information (bank account, credit card, cryptocurrency wallet)
• No romance scamming — building a fake emotional relationship to exploit someone financially
• No advance-fee fraud — claiming to need money for travel, emergencies, or visas
• No cryptocurrency, investment, or "get rich quick" schemes
• No phishing or attempts to steal login credentials
• No directing users to external sites for payment or "verification"

If someone asks you for money, report them immediately. Legitimate connections never involve financial requests.

6. Safety First

Your safety is our top priority. Please follow these guidelines:

• Never share sensitive personal information (home address, workplace address, daily routine) with someone you haven't met
• When meeting in person, always choose a public place and tell a trusted friend or family member
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, it probably is
• Use the Platform's messaging system; avoid moving to external apps too quickly
• No threats of violence, self-harm, or harm to others
• No stalking or tracking behavior, online or offline

7. No Illegal Activity

The following illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities:

• Human trafficking or exploitation of any kind
• Prostitution, escort services, or sex work solicitation
• Distribution of illegal substances or drug-related activity
• Sharing or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any activity that violates local, national, or international law
• Using the Platform to organize or promote criminal activity

8. Cultural Sensitivity

LovablePinay connects people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Respect cultural differences, be open-minded, and approach cross-cultural interactions with genuine curiosity and kindness. Fetishizing, stereotyping, or making demeaning generalizations about any nationality, ethnicity, or culture is strictly prohibited.

9. Report Violations

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Use the Report button on any profile or message
• Use the Block feature to immediately stop contact with a user
• Contact our safety team at safety@lovablepinay.com for urgent concerns
• All reports are reviewed confidentially — we never reveal who filed a report
• Filing false or malicious reports is itself a violation of these guidelines
